on the other day i did pull up orich. ore in Rolanberry. Digging results have been uneventual as of lately.

1. only need to dig it up at least one time at some point of the level.
2. yeah. for some reason, the jungles are best for skilling up digging up to Journeyman rank. If you stay digging in the jungles until you drop down to A40 you should make decent gil and level quickly. Watch out for potential competitors.
for the second part, once you hit fatigue (after 17-20 stacks), you can't gain anymore skill or dig up items while digging until the next JP day. There is a 100 item per real life day limit, which is a bit restrictive but that same limit keeps the RMT bots off the chocobos.
